Thanks for the posting that information, Jens.
In summary, here is a list of recently announced potential deals...
* Canadian Pilot Housing announcement Announcement Date: April 13, 1998 "negotiated an agreement with the Dakota Ojibway Tribal Council" "initial budget ... $700,000 to $1 Million"
* Fluor-Daniel announcement Announcement Date: April 16, 1998 "submitted a design/build package" (with Dunn Industrial Group) "design/build proposal is in the range of $17 and $25 million"
* Mexican Low Income Homes announcement Announcement Date: April 28, 1998 "signed a contract to provide design/project management services" "initially valued at $5 million"
* Clinton, MO Hydroponic Development Corp announcement Annoucement Date: April 30, 1998 "notified by HDC to start engineering documents" Note: There is a vague reference to the value of the facility being "$4 million," however the announcement does not state the value of the project.
* Tribal Land in the Oklahoma, City area announcement Annoucement Date: May 5, 1998 "signed a Memorandum Of Understanding with HDC to design/build a two-acre hydroponics facility" "proposed project value will be in the range of $4 million"
So, according to the ARET news releases, we have potential deals involving somewhere between $26.7 million to $35 million, excluding the value of the Clinton, MO deal which is too obscure to understand. The potential Fluor-Daniel deal of $17 million to $25 million is a joint venture with Dunn, so proceeds will obviously be split with them. The true values of the deals are probably far less than the ambiguous money references eluded to in each news release. Please note the vagueness and ambiguity in the way each project value is noted. The grammar and spelling of each release is deplorable. I'm worried, but will continue to hold. This is the last microcap I will ever buy.
