Ian or anyone,

ETEC is a great company, but they seem to be a bottleneck on the DUV industry. I heard Brinker's estimates for '99 shipments of Ultrabeam from a friend, but do you think they are realistic(6-10 I think)? If they are, UTEK looks good as does ETEC, because there seems to be a dearth of e-beam mask making tools.

Any enlightenment on this topic would be appreciated,
