Fred, it goes up; it goes down. But mostly it hovers near 50; sometimes its high is above 60; sometimes it's low is mid-40's. It's pretty much in a holding pattern, waiting for something to happen. Better be there quick when it does, is my best advise. Unless, of course, you're already in.
