That's not their problem, it's your problem. I provided a solution --> a PC source that doesn't have those contractual obligations with MSFT. Your problem is one of side-stepping an issue with this lame answer. Do OEMs not ship software with their machines because of a decision they made themselves or one that is tied to a pre-existing condition in a contractual agreement? BIG DIFFERENCE. It makes me wonder what other choices have been eliminated for the consumer. Cheers, Norm
