Well, the best info I found is on the stockhouse forum (www.stockhouse.com) under SRIV, the message posted by "dreid" of 4/14/98. It pretty much says it all. However, its a play on great leadership & management, experience. Dr. greg Myers was Phelps Dodge Chief Geologist in Mexico who is the pres. The pres. of Western Copper is with them. They have very good if not excellent properties. Get in touch with them at: 888-456-1112 & get your IR source on line as well as your Due Diligence Package. My personal one big reason for this company is: (my attitude, could be wrong!) but: Remember Francisco Gold? They are pretty high priced now. SRIV is in similar type property near there. They also have properties near Western Copper. I like their properties potential, if any one of them takes off, this company is verrry cheap right now. So, from a speculator view...the potential is just heart warming!! And, they have super exploration leadership, maybe the best in Mexico. So, I would go for it! I got in when it was unnoticed & actually, the price drifted down from my entry! However, I'm not concerned, as I found long picking tops , bottoms & price shaving is not that important: Its the fundamentals, silly! If the stock booms, who cares? Speculation on exploration & this sector depends on what? Right, a good discovery that booms up the stock. I just think Sand River has it, Mexico is not very distant, so you don't have to worry about a revolution in the Congo type of thing upsetting, etc. I didn't mean to go on so long, but you asked! Best Wishes, Tom
