If you read the CNN story it says that the low price of Microsoft Office is a predatory act.

Incredible if that says what it looks like it says. Corel WordPerfect Suite 8 upgrade is $79. MSFT's Office has always been way higher than PerfectOffice/WordPerfect Suite, including what the OEMs pay MSFT. This is a fact. Corel WordPerfect Suite is cheaper for OEMs to buy, but most choose MS-Office. I don't know why. I like Corel, so I buy PC's that have Corel.

I ordered a notebook today from a vendor that offered Corel WordPerfect Suite 8 on it. That was not the only reason I chose this vendor, but a big reason. I liked that part. I love Win95 also, and hope to have Win98 soon.
