Hmmm...thorough due dilly, eh? Wasn't it a CS First Boston analyst who on Tuesday upgraded HWP to a buy and placed them on the "focus list"? Yikes, they warned the very next day and were down 12 points.

One of these days you guys will figure out that money talks and a "well-respected" firm like CS First Boston can be bought just like any other firm. All they are doing is participating in a convertible preferred offering, what's the big deal. They didn't stick their neck out. They will get their money at the expense of you shareholders.
