May 15 marks the second peak of Dow index and other indexes. Summer vacations usually starts stocks drifting aimlessly. This year, whether there will be a summer rally or not depends on whether all the Wall streeters and investors taking vacation just before labor day or not? Is a vacation survey necessary? No. Only the investors matter.
