Test time for Pakistan- The three options of the U.S.

Washington Post Editorial.

1.

Contain the damage
by persuasion and severe sanctions on India,
says though it may not work on India in spite of her 'massive poverty'.So I wonder how they are going to persuade?????

2.

U.S & 'others' [don't know who is 'others'] should refocus on Pakistan's security needs.

Release the F16s to Pakistan which sold and already paid for.
I think the U.S should either give their money back or give the planes to them.

3.

Review of disarmament cause.
