I used to be a customer of CompuCom. One hand never seemed to know what the other hand was doing.

They matched some real low prices on Compaq servers, and assembled the parts I wanted.

I think for their service business to continue to grow, they have to maintain their product sales. Unless my rep and sales team were the exception, that means getting organized and getting the VA back into VAR.

With things like HP's announcement, and Compaq's issues, CompuCom can expect steadily decreasing margins from commodity hardware. Rotten comments coming out on INTC now too about oversupply.

Hoping for the best. If they perform, the upside can be dramatic.
