Yep it sure looks that way. Problem is it has not ticked up to .04 with all the volume. So the sells are equaling the buys. The volume is large for sure. Ones like this has major floats I would assume. Just be careful with the shells and bankruptcies you can get totally nailed regardless of rumors, logic and/or DD. GB
