If I were a Pakistani in power to decide on nuclear testing, I would not do the testing.
1: Pakistan should take all the aid that comes now, since this may be only time such a bonanza will come their way.
2: Nuclear testing by Pakistan is only to appease and pacify the masses. It is no secret that Pakistan has the technology.
3: Indians are more advanced in their nuclear technology than the Pakistanis. Why would they want to show off their inferior technology?
4: Pakistan should know that it is not the real enemy of India.
5: Now that India has shown its technological know how, the country is ready to sign the treaties and ready to enter the security council as a permanent member, which it feels as its right, because of its geographic, technological, and demographic importance.
