Integrated Business Systems and Services IBS Shares issued 7550000 1998-05-13 close $4.09 Thursday May 14 1998 Mr. Stuart Massey reports Effective May 14, 1998, the company's common stock is registered under section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 administered by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The company has entered into a relationship with NCR Corporation and Western Micro Technology which will allow IBSS to become a partner in profit with NCR to offer IBSS marketing and sales referrals through the efforts of the direct sales teams at NCR Corporation, Western Micro, and IBSS. NCR recently certified IBSS' Flexible Industrial Solutions Software application on NCR's 4380 server known as "best in class" at Comdex. This certification took place at NCR's Columbia, South Carolina location where the 4390 server is manufactured. The combination of NCR's hardware and IBSS's software solutions can be offered through a leasing arrangement and will also be eligible for financing. Through this relationship, IBSS will also have access to leasing resources for the total hardware and software solutions offered by IBSS.
