The Pakistanis have no sense. They will have to prove to their masses that they can stand up to India. Last night, a representative from their Embassy, on PBS indicated that they are not afraid of sanctions since they have always been on one form ar another of US sanctions.

Sanctions will affect them more than ever, but if they are dumb enough to prove their inferior technology, let them. If Clinton decides to release those F-16s, he would violate the law, so how can he?
