How will the 100 Million dollar lawsuit against SKYC turn out?

For a company that is having the Cash Burn rate of SKYC a 100 Million suit, trebled under Anti-Trust laws, could have a Big Impact on their future.

CDRD faster to market, while SKYC has had a very slow rate of growth, and has made statements in their 10K's about the cash problems they are having, does not seem like CDRD has the problems, but rather SKYC.
