dave, i'm doing fine. denial is the only location you could feel sorry for me. keep doing it, though, b/c if i do as well as i have over the last 18 months i will be retiring very early :-) don't throw stones if you live in a glass house, though. you feel sorry for me. dude, you are smoking something good ;-)
