Morning Steven,..Re:<<Dell PE justification>> Good reasons all you gave, but I'd like to add that maybe we are willing to pay a premium based on the fact that we aren't subject to the same nasty surprises as the CPQ and HWP shareholders. Kind of like KO and IBM, Dell will just perform. (admirably too). Regards, Lee
