IMNT will have a quarterly filing today. I spoke with IMNT and they have not filed it as of yet. It should be out sometime after noon from what I was told. This type of filing, a 10-Q to the SEC, is generally where Institutional Investors look for previously undisclosed info about a quarter. Particularly one like IMNT just reported. If it's clean we may see some buying at this level. If not, we may be at 12 1/2 for the foreseeable future. I haven't heard anything one way or the other. I have been told by traders at several firms that there has been a very large seller (400,000 plus shares) over the past week, and that there appears to be some buyers (400,000 to 600,000 shares) that are interested in buying but not yet committed. It's noteworthy to say that all three of the MM's I've been in contact with have told the exact same story. Maybe it's true, maybe it's not, but I did think it was interesting. I will try to post the report later, but if not you will be able to find it on IMNT's Site after it's given to the SEC. Good Luck to All. R..
