SB, What are you talking 120 million for? I haven't ever seen that number... however, I think both companies are real, just for the fact that one has a huge tax break, and one has a well with water in it. You short sightedness is that if you have 10 million, and you want something, you can put your own people in once you basically OWN THE COMPANY. Then you can make money and use the tax relief. You know, the funny thing is how many idiots feel water is a bad investment. Do you know how much is currently contaminated and unworth drinking? Do you know at what rate it is consumed and where the price is going to go in the future? That well will be a gold mine..... just a matter of who has it. Rob
