I wish we could get one question settled once and for all -- is it even possible for OTC stocks to be halted? I don't believe that it is, but I don't know it for a fact. Who exactly would do the halting? Every time there's some minor glitch in the quote we all want to think that it means a halt...but I think that this is just wishful thinking. Can anyone out there settle this question definitively?
