Swisher update: It is definitely trading on the pink sheets with the symbol "SWSH". I failed to get an execution yesterday, but that's because I was under the ask (greed is a terrible thing ;-) ). I'm having the devil of a time getting quotes on this. AOL, of all places, is the one on line service I've found which is giving today's quotes. The only problem there is that they don't give the bid and the ask. This is not a minor detail, since the spread on the stock is $1.00. Right now it's at bid $3 and ask $4, as per Fidelity. I don't think this company is ready to go belly up (give it a couple more years). If it doesn't, the downside is limited so I'll probably get out today one way or the other. FWIW, Mark
