Well, you are certainly entitled to your opinion. I, for one, would rather that we are in a position to sign large companies like Applied Materials by not making such demands on them. It is we who are seeking to strike a deal with them ... we are the new kid on the block and it doesn't pay to make waves. I wouldn't want to be responsible for being the "straw that broke the camel's back" by antagonizing any new and potentially new clients. Seems rather foolish to me. If I were a company as large as Applied Materials,Microsoft (and no, we do not have MSFT .. just an example) or even AT&T ... I don't know that I would want every little contract I sign being sent out over the wires. They would be insignificant to me (the large company) and I would only want to send out really significant news that affected me!! Like earnings, mergers, deals with other large companies. Actually, I am thrilled that AT&T has allowed TSIS to use their name as freely as has been done.

Of course, I'm just using my head to come to these conclusions. You use whatever you wish for your deductions.
