News!!! Eutro Group Holding Inc. Makes Announcement JUPITER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 15, 1998--Eutro Group Inc. (NASDAQ Electronic Bulletin Board:EUTO) announced that Freedom Medical Holding Group Inc. has contracted with National Stock Transfer and Accounting Inc. of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., to be their transfer agent. National Stock will be transferring Freedom stock to Eutro shareholders and should be completed by the end of May for those who have completed the W-9 Forms.
