Yep same here. I tried to give helpful suggestions for AMTD, but after getting cold responses like saying "like it or lump it", I decided to just shut my trap until I could dump them. I do admitt though that their site and service has been getting better over the past few weeks. The biggest problem I have with their service is their margin rates. I don't know, I imagine their comperable to other online services, but ....back to what I said about winning and keeping customers.
