BruSi---The antenna is not the problem!

I hold ITKG and IASCA stock and believe a merger of
the two is needed. ITKG has first class management
and an outside advisory board with incredible credentials
and contacts. ( It also holds and is developing other
great technologies.) IASAC stockholders could benefit
from these.

I believe both companies are under-capitalized and appear to be
issuing stock to purchase services. If this is true, this dilutes our stockholders equity. (Are you a stockholder?) I don't
want to live through another reverse stock split either!

Together they would be a stronger company. With their
current contracts, the could get a large line of credit
instead of issuing stock for payments.

Together they could move faster...before other technologies
catch up. THERE IS PLENTY OF MARKET TO GO AROUND.

What do other STOCKHOLDERS think?
