Larry, I think the best advice anyone could give to you is not to buy bulletin board stocks. If you've made that mistake then you should probably sell it and put your money in a listed company. Penny stocks are more like gambling than investing, and that includes the losses along with the rare windfall to suck you in. Press releases are often more hype than truth so you don't know what to believe.

There has to be some good companies in that pile of smelly stuff, and LOCH may be one of them, but why risk being involved in a scam?

Besides, according to former investors of LOCH, it has been written up in the past on this site:
