Tom - Excellent post. Thank you. Don't believe H&Q downgrade is significant, especially if they continue to maintain a BUY on the stock. I have also listened to the CC and have re-listened to the tape I recorded. Unlike you, I am new to this company but I am impressed. Very impressed. I listen to a lot of CC's and this one was as good as I've ever heard. These guys are on top of their game, IMO. In addition to the PPM model, they have the real possibility of making some big bucks on their clinical software. I know it's well thought of by a respected friend in the medical community (long for Dr.). Financial condition very strong. Good cash position, no LT debt. And good visibility on earnings with an excellent chance for upside surprises. Very modest PE that has plenty of room to grow. Louis, I think you've picked a winner here. Thank you! Ron Sirch
