From a technical standpoint, PNLK's retracement is very positive, in that it "fills in the gap" that we had on the open the other day. Many traders entered and exited the last few days. If others are short, it will spike the price quickly again... We have come so far so fast, a few days of backing and filling would be helpful (and restful.) As far as the valuations that the critics cry about, their implications would apply to the vast majority of Internet stocks...The other net stocks just had a few big "bouncers" in the form of the underwriters to keep the "little tyrants" at bay!
