I hope it gave you some insight as to were we (NETZ/ESVS) might be in our Exchange Merger. From the info. it seem like they are following the necessary steps to pursue this merger. Also, It's good to note that this process can take anywhere from 1-6 months to complete. Me, I'd rather see a company do it right at the start rather than half ass do it and run into problems later... Later -- CWIII
