DJ: There still is an entity...it's a bankrupt corp that is pursuing various remedys to get monies back for its shareholders & creditors. That's all that is there; however, there is potential for sale of the corporate shell & the regaining of monies from some of the people who did the company in, but why it hasn't been delisted by the SEC is beyond me. That's the only thing that I can come up with without going to a BK atty. You might ask your broker to see if he has any insights & get back to me. I'd appreciate it...be sure to tell him the assets, outside of the people the BK trustee is going after (& which, IMHO, he won't have much success!!), have all been sold. Regards, Dennis
