anyone notice PAIR's market cap is slightly over 1 Billion?
Talk about a cheap way for a telecommunciations company to use its overvalued stock to enhance its growth rate. PAIR might go down a little more but there comes a point where bargain hunters will come in droves. ADTN and PAIR are 2 key players and someone who wants to give ADTRAN a run for the money can do so cheaply.

IHMO, of course.
