Never heard of "Bill Matthews", and from what you said...I don't need to even know about him..<laugh> I gotta a little scan I do that I labeled my "creeper scan" that I just hunt up small-caps under 1.50 for my gambling habit..<smile>, and more often than not, I get in them..but I always pull out before they mature just a few days later...then I kick 'self in butt'.. I do not know why this one "chca" stopped trading, but it still is on one of my r/t lists...{no symbol found} Haven't had time to look it up... jim
