Bruce, the glut is in microprocessors (and drams) and it is in the capacity to make these rather than in actual chips (they do not make much for inventory, or at least they try not to). In any event this glut means they are using more silicon. IMHO, the use of silicon (the total area of wafers used) will continue and grow over the next few years. WFR is well positioned to capture a part of the high end of this market (epi and 300 mm) and thus, once the "glut" in wafer production is alleviated, profits will return, and yes I am standing by my forecast right now. Kind of boring, since I have reserved the right to change my mind, and really have not changed it for too long on WFR.
