Heres what I know from the Reuters news releases:
June 7, 1996: OLPV took over General Nutrition Cos.
garment manufacturing. "GNC garment sales were $18 mil in 1995."
June 13, 1996: "For the year ended June 30 1995, OLPV
had sales of $484,434." (No word on year ended 1996 figures)
Also, OLPV gets $250,000 order from JC Creations.
Sept 17, 1996: "OLPV is turning its attention to aggressively
expanding the capacity of its current facilities, which are now
running at full capacity". "Plans to pursue other acquisitions..."
Also, "OLPV expects to exceed $20 million in revenues for the
fiscal year ending June 30, 1997. Figures for the 1996 fiscal year
were not available."
Nov 4, 1996: "At these prices our company's stock is totally
undervalued", CEO Gary Morgan said. |
