Why is it that on this Dell bear thread... no one even comments on the drop of $3 3/4 today? Do you people think its just nervousness before earnings are announced Monday? That the stock will bounce later in the day? The stock will not bounce, expect a lower close. siliconinvestor.com As for nervousness, people should be. The bitter irony for DELL bulls may be that DELL meets (or, beats) the estimate, yet goes down. More important than current earnings, I believe that DELL will guide expectations slightly downward. What if DELL indicates that all geographies are strong, continued growth is anticipated, BUT margin pressure is building?
