So SKYC tried to have a summary judgement and it failed, it seems like there is more validity then you care to admit. Where did you find the date for the case? I found that the date has yet to be decided. Can you discuss the affect it would have if the case was decided against them? It seems to me that a company that has as big a cash problem will definitely feel the impact of this one... Funny I found no references to the court case on your web site, why would you hide that from potential investors, spec? You were highly upset that FTEL had a very minor suit against them, when something of this nature happens, I figured you would Hit the Exits. Boy you really talk from both sides, don't you?
