I would think that a box maker would be guilty of fraud if it said "INTEL INSIDE" and it was really "Joe's Chips" (or AMD or CYRIX) inside. (Actually, AMD or CYRIX might as well be "Joe's Chips <G>). And it would be a very easy fraud to detect. It reminds me of when General Motors put Chevy engines in Oldsmobiles. People freaked out and it cost GM a lot of money. (Now they just state that the car is equipped with engines made by "various" GM division.

Also, the INTEL INSIDE logo, I would almost be SURE, can only be applied on license from INTEL.
