The reason I felt the court papers would be of help is because Hal mentioned he had a stack of briefs that were filed over a 3 year period. It is these briefs that seemed to cause IMNX to settle rather than fight. It may be indicated in the briefs where the product potential lies including what and how many patents exist. I know for a fact that IMNX had completed a substantial amount of work on IL1b and considered the future of this area bright. I certainly think alot of value exists. Just wanting to see what Cist now owns. Is it the entire IL1b program or is it only a portion? Did Imnx retain certain rights? etc.
