Intel's management must find a solution to this problem. Intel has to
realize that the increased volatility in their stock price, caused by this analyst's comments, is
not serving their investors, or themselves, well.


I have no problem with curbing Kurlak (if that were possible, but I disagree with your comment that investors aren't being served well.

Kurlak's comments only effect the stock in the short term. This is great for buyers, neutral for holders, and bad for sellers.

As a holder, and occasional buyer, I can't get too upset.

Of course I prefer the wealth effect of a higher stock price. :-)
