Jay, et. al., the Biosafe 3q 10q is now available from EDGAR. Interesting reading. We clearly need two things short term to solidify the stock price. 1) a favorable ruling on the Fairhaven Permit 2) Project financing for Fairhaven, Mooretown (or both). The co. needs to free up capital to complete the feasibilty studies at S. Hadley and Buckland and to pursue other projects. I wonder if the Court delay is holding up project financing and whether success with 1) will breed success with 2). Hope so. As for recent price weakness, I have a private report that one broker (w clients) has recently decided to liquidate holdings in BSFE for reasons totallly unrelated to specific short or long term fundamentals of the company. Not a lot of shares, but enough in this environment to depress the share price. I understand the selling is essentially over from that source. But we may have others (and tax selling to contend with as well). My hope is we can have good news on 1 and 2 before the end of the year and then (with tax loss selling over in December) a healthy rebound in January. Thoughts? Allan
