Per a patent attorney friend: filing on 10 sequences costs $1320; next required cost is issue fee of about the same, about a year later. Don't need to patent all at once; should cherry pick sets with latest info. Maybe (long shot) can get additional sequences reviewed. I read rules as not absolutely prohibiting more at once, but have to be very foxy.
