John, unless I am mistaken... Go to HOPR's annual report dated 8-8-96, then go to Item 12, see paragraph 5 (not numbered). There it talks about a private placement of 4 million warrants. This can be accessed by going to Edgar or if you have the annual report you could simply look it up. IMO this has to be the warrant being sold...What do you think?
