Kevin, From the Nus News DESK. This guy Kurlack is a real complete ass. He waits till the market is somewhat vonerable with a run to a new dow high...renewed concern in Asia...and a somewhat chaiotic PC marketplace in the midst of product price cutting... Pre the release of windowns 98'. He stupidly suggest to everyone who knows what a wafer is, that .25u means smaller geometries and hence increased output per chip...means a slow down in sales. everyone who know what a wafer is know this. This is not news. What he doesn't tell you is that the semi conductor industry has been able to absorbe all of the increased production ever brought on line in the past by the tremendous demand for higher technology. Go vist any store and what you will find is workers working on PC equipment two the tree generations behind. All the stuff is obsolete and will need repalcement. What he does'nt tell you is the stuff will be even easier to replace at the lower cost. Semi conductor companies continually improve yield, production output so nothing has changed. What is obivious is Kurlacks manupaltions of the makret just prior to the window 98 release. Look at Microsoft for leadership. The stock has gone up in face of all the oversupply talk. Companies and consumers are not about to stop buying new high technology equipment. No not ever. This only points out how Kurlack has injured the loyal fans who he incuraged in the past to invest in high tech. I ask you can there be a bigger ass on wall street? Point him out if you can see past Kurlack's big ass passing all the bad gas! Sure by the end of the month he'll be telling all of you windows 98 has caused more companies to again upgrade there equipment.
