Remember, these are RUMORS: SKYNET -- It is profitable and fits into the PKGP picture perfectly. The only reason Altomare is able to get this company is because the owners are fighting, tired and have big family problems. Altomare walked in and stole it. PKGP will end up with a money making operation with the acquisition of this company alone. They have also signed a letter of intent to acquire a NASDAQ traded company and will close that transaction shortly after SKYNET. You know what a reverse merger into a NASADAQ traded company coupled with profitable operations will do for PKGP? They do it all with overseas Debenture financing. Kevin
