Following are direct answers to your questions:
<<1. If the law suit is decided against SKYC, what would be the impact of a 100 million dollar fine, trebled?>>
They have ~ 31 million shares. $ 100 mil/31 mil come to $ 3.22 per share. I imagine the impact on the share price would be terrible. I wouldn't want to own the stock when that news came out. Of course, this management has been dependable in the past, and I don't think this terrible news will ever come out, but who knows?
<<2. Could SKYC lose this sort of a decision and still maintain their viability?>>
I think so, but they might need to have a bond offering, or something. Since the payment would not have to be years from now, it might even be possible that they would have the cash, but I wouldn't count on that. Recently they had a $ 300 million bond offering.
<<3. What would be the impact of a denial of the extension from the FCC?>>
I don't know. I'll assume it would be bad. However, as I said before, like most of your concerns, I don't consider them significant, but that is just my opinion.
<<4. How many issues in front of the FCC that could have a material impact, both positively and negatively, is SKYC currently involved in?>>
There are many "potential" issues, but not any probable issues, in my opinion. Again, most of the potential issues are routine in nature for a communications company.
SKYC: $ 12.12b $ 12.37a 30 x 10 vol 155,300 so far
