I received the claim instructions from my broker Merrill Lynch. According to my reading, a settlement was agreed to. The payout is pretty significant. My purchases were made before feb 97, so I'm entitled to 1.31 per share. I wonder if the low commission houses sent the proper forms to their burned shareholders.
