I just read an interesting article in the NY Times. It's about Nasdaq's concern over recent scandals in penny stocks and what they are planning to do about it. The url for the article is: nytimes.com however, you may have to register first. I do not believe the Times is charging for the on-line version, so the registration doesn't cost anything (yet!).
