Well, if either of these items, comes to pass and you believe, which you stated, that the consequences range from bad to terrible, this seems to be a contradiction.
Number 4, is my fault, I should have stated it a bit more concisely, so I will re-phrase, since this dialog should help shed some light for people, and both of us pursue that goal:o)
4. By issues I mean actual petitions that have already been filed, by SKYC and it's competitors. There are numerous ones, and I was trying to obtain a tally, to see how many things coming down the road have the potential to materially affect(positively or negatively) SKYC.
The other thing, and this really is more of a personal curiousity, is when did you first hear about the Law suit?
