Larry: Regarding the buyback - we have no details (yet) on this plan but I agree with your statement "...it suggests the company is willing to stand behind a bottom price..." Even if this buyback is structured in a way such that AB&G never spends a dime (presuming, of course, the stock price cooperates), they have at least made a statement of support for shareholders. That is something that has been sorely lacking for the past several months. TKA
