Spiritec Internet Solutions Ltd. today announced its collaboration with long distance internet telephony provider, Delta Three Inc., to resell internet telephony services.

Spiritec, a provider of internet protocol (IP) communications technologies and internet solutions, will be the first reseller in the United Kingdom to connect its customers to Delta Three's worldwide internet telephony network.

Delta Three possesses the only global internet telephony network functioning today with more than 20 points of presence located around the world. By simply connecting to Delta Three's global network, resellers can access the entire network and become worldwide service providers. Accordingly, Spiritec will now offer its customers the ability to place international calls to and from regular telephones at a fraction of the cost that standard long distance phone companies charge. In addition, customers of Spiritec will have access to Delta Three's pre- and post-paid calling cards for PC-to-Phone and Phone-to-Phone accounts.

Darren Westlake, managing director of Spiritec, said, "Internet telephony is a burgeoning industry that is in high demand by the corporate, carrier and consumer markets. However, the cost of building a worldwide internet telephony network is prohibitive. Using Delta Three's network will enable Spiritec to resell global internet telephony services and solutions to its customers without having to invest heavily in building out our own network. By joining Delta Three, Spiritec customers will now be able to call other countries at extremely low costs."

Ray O'Brien, vice president of Delta Three in Europe, said, "Delta Three is pleased to provide Spiritec Internet Solutions with the ability to resell Delta Three's services. By simply joining Delta Three's reseller program, companies such as Spiritec are now able to differentiate themselves in the marketplace by offering IP telephony solutions to their customers."

Spiritec Internet Solutions provides a wide-ranging portfolio of Internet solutions, but focuses primarily on promoting and delivering IP network based communications technologies to the business community. Relationships with other market leading companies such as UUNet, Compaq, Mind CTI and VocalTec Communications, have been also formed. Spiritec's objective is to maximize the investments a company has made in computers, networks and telephone systems by drawing them all together to create a functional and effective communication system for the modern global economy.

Delta Three, a subsidiary of RSL Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ: RSLCF), manages the world's largest internet telephony network, with more than 20 international points of presence. Delta Three has integrated its Global Internet Telephony Network with the existing RSL COM Public Switched Telephone Network to give termination to all countries of the world. The company generates millions of minutes of voice traffic each month by providing internet telephony services dedicated to voice, fax and value added services.
